As part of ongoing efforts to enhance media activities and improve the quality of online publishing, the Dean of the Technical Engineering College at Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, held a workshop with website representatives from the college's academic departments. The workshop aimed to develop mechanisms for publishing news and covering scientific and academic activities in accordance with the university's approved standards. The workshop addressed the importance of adhering to electronic publishing standards, particularly ensuring the accuracy of information and writing clear, concise news headlines. It also emphasized the need to include essential news elements, such as the nature of the event, its date and location, the organizing body, and its objectives. The workshop also highlighted the importance of documenting scientific and student activities, regularly updating departmental websites, and ensuring the quality of photographs accompanying published news. These measures contribute to producing media content that accurately reflects the activities of the college and its academic departments. The Dean emphasized the importance of strengthening coordination between website representatives and academic department officials, while adhering to the university's approved publishing guidelines and regulations. These efforts aim to enhance media performance and improve the quality of content published on official websites.
