As part of his ongoing field visits to monitor academic and administrative operations across the University, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, visited the examination committees at the College of Engineering to review their work procedures and the organizational measures used to manage examination records. During the visit, he reviewed the organization of examination registers and documents, procedures for checking grades, data security and archiving, and compliance with the approved regulations and instructions to ensure accuracy, transparency, and proper procedures. The University President emphasized the importance of adhering to examination regulations, accurately documenting and reviewing data, and strengthening measures that safeguard students’ rights and improve the efficiency of examination committees. The visit is part of the University Presidency’s ongoing follow-up of the work of its colleges and academic departments, and its efforts to uphold quality standards and institutional discipline in academic and examination matters.
