Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, students in the Department of Civil Engineering continue their practical and field-based work as part of their specialized engineering courses. Their training includes land surveying, area measurement, and the use of surveying tools and technologies. These applications connect theoretical knowledge with real-world practice and develop students’ skills in conducting field measurements, collecting data, and analyzing it accurately. They also strengthen students’ engineering capabilities and prepare them for professional work in construction and surveying projects. These activities reflect the College of Engineering’s commitment to strengthening practical education and providing a learning environment that prepares engineers with the knowledge, skills, and professional competence they need. The field applications align with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education and Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure.
