As part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to promoting student participation and fostering dialogue and communication within the university environment, the Community Health Technologies Department at the College of Health and Medical Technologies organized the procedures for selecting first-year student representatives for the 2026–2027 academic year. This initiative aims to strengthen students’ involvement in university life and facilitate the communication of their opinions, needs, and suggestions to the Department Chair. The procedures highlighted the importance of student representatives in strengthening communication between students and academic staff, as well as conveying students’ feedback and suggestions to support the educational process and improve academic and student services. The meeting also provided an overview of the nomination, campaigning, and election procedures, explaining the applicable regulations and guidelines. These measures were intended to ensure that students could actively participate in selecting their representatives in an organized and transparent environment, while fostering their sense of responsibility, leadership, and teamwork.
