Under the patronage of the President of Almustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shaker Majdi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Asst. Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, the College continues to monitor new student registration across its scientific departments to ensure efficient procedures and facilitate the completion of admission requirements. As part of these efforts, the Dean visited the College’s Registration Department on Monday, October 12, 2026, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Latif Hussein; the Head of the Department of Technologies, Prof. Dr. Hassanein Khalil Ibrahim; and several College staff members, to review the processing of first-year students’ applications. The visit included reviewing procedures for welcoming students, verifying their documents, and completing registration. Emphasis was placed on coordination among administrative staff to deliver efficient services, respond to inquiries from students and their parents, and address difficulties encountered during registration. The Dean stressed the importance of processing applications accurately and promptly in accordance with established procedures, ensuring a smooth registration process and helping students join their academic departments and begin their studies. This visit reflects the College’s commitment to strengthening administrative performance and providing a supportive university environment for new students, in line with Almustaqbal University’s efforts to improve its educational and administrative services.
