The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, welcomed a number of official, social, and tribal figures, along with visiting delegations, at his office on Sunday, October 11, 2026. The meetings were held as part of the university’s efforts to strengthen cooperation and enhance communication with various segments of society. The meetings were attended by the Governor of Babylon, Mr. Ali Turki Al-Majali, and Sheikh Hussein Al-Abbasi, Emir of the Bani Hassan tribe, alongside several social and tribal figures. These visits highlighted the importance of direct communication and the exchange of perspectives in strengthening institutional and community relations. These meetings reflect Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to expanding cooperation with institutions and influential community figures, reinforcing its role in serving the people of the governorate alongside its mission in education and scientific research. These efforts align with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
