The Department of Biology at Al-Mustaqbal University conducted practical lectures for second-year students in the subject of Entomology, under the supervision of the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Ali Shaalan Muaylif, as part of the approved curriculum. The lectures aimed to enhance students’ scientific knowledge and develop their practical skills in identifying insects, examining their morphological characteristics, and classifying them, while linking theoretical information to laboratory applications. The lectures included practical activities in insect studies and the identification of their diagnostic characteristics, contributing to the development of students’ scientific observation skills and reinforcing the fundamental concepts of the subject. These lectures were organized as part of the Department of Biology’s commitment to strengthening practical education and developing students’ scientific skills, under the follow-up of the Department Head and in accordance with the approved academic plan.
