The meeting included a review of the key outcomes of previous cooperation, which encompassed organizing a joint scientific conference, collaborative scientific publishing, and cooperation between corresponding colleges and academic disciplines. Both sides also discussed renewing the cooperation agreement and expanding its scope to include education, scientific research, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, in addition to student exchanges and summer training programs that contribute to developing students’ practical skills and enhancing their readiness for the labor market.
The visit also included a field tour of several facilities at the University of Petra, during which the delegation learned about the educational environment, laboratories, and available academic and research resources. The two sides also explored opportunities to benefit from these facilities in developing cooperation and exchanging expertise between the universities.
