The Rapporteur of the Intelligent Medical Systems Department at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, held a meeting today, Sunday, October 4, 2026, with students from the second and fourth stages to follow up on the promotion and election procedures for selecting student representatives for the 2026–2027 academic year. The meeting addressed the importance of selecting student representatives and their role in conveying students’ needs and suggestions to the department, as well as strengthening direct communication between students and the academic department in a manner that contributes to supporting the educational environment and organizing student activities. The meeting also included an explanation of the promotion and election mechanisms and the approved regulations, providing students with an opportunity to express their views and select their representatives in a transparent and organized manner, thereby promoting student participation and a sense of responsibility within university life. This activity is part of the Intelligent Medical Systems Department’s commitment to enhancing student participation in academic and student affairs and fostering the principles of cooperation, communication, and shared responsibility between students and the department. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first one university in Iraq.
