The Department of Banking and Financial Sciences at the College of Administrative Sciences, University of Al-Mustaqbal, held an expanded meeting in the presence of the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Nassif Jassim Al-Jubouri, to discuss a number of academic and administrative matters in light of the directives of the University Presidency and the College Dean’s Office, in a manner that contributes to enhancing the quality of performance and advancing the educational process.
The meeting addressed several important topics, foremost among them academic schedules and the distribution of courses, as well as monitoring the requirements of quality assurance and program accreditation. The meeting also emphasized the importance of completing professional development courses through the Eduba platform, contributing to enhancing the capabilities of teaching staff and developing their academic and professional skills.
The meeting also discussed mechanisms for preparing academic lectures and uploading them regularly to the department’s website, ensuring that scientific content is made available to students and enhancing the use of digital technologies in the educational process, in line with the university’s commitment to supporting digital transformation.
On the scientific and research side, the meeting discussed the research plan, scientific workshops, and seminars, as well as mechanisms for implementing them according to the specified timelines. The department’s student activities plan and programs were also reviewed, with the aim of enhancing student participation and developing their scientific, cultural, and professional skills.
The Head of the Department emphasized the importance of adhering to the approved academic and scientific plans and monitoring their implementation according to the specified timelines, while fostering a spirit of teamwork to achieve the objectives of the department and the college.
