In line with Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to enhancing the quality of services provided to students and improving their university experience from the earliest stages of admission, the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, accompanied by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, inspected the New Students Registration Department on the morning of Sunday, 27 September 2026. The visit aimed to review firsthand the progress of admission procedures and the reception of students seeking to join the University’s colleges and departments for the 2026–2027 academic year. During the tour, the University President reviewed the mechanisms for receiving students and the efficiency of the admission procedures. He directed the need to provide the best possible services to students and their families, facilitate procedures, and provide accurate guidance and information to assist them in completing the admission requirements in a clear and well-organized manner. The New Students Registration Department continues to provide guidance and support to prospective students applying through the Ministry’s “Qaddim” electronic application platform, assisting them in completing the available online application procedures, explaining the registration stages and requirements, responding to their inquiries, and introducing them to the colleges, departments, and academic specializations available at the University, as well as their fields of study and future prospects. The Department also strives to provide an accessible and well-organized environment that assists students and their families in taking their first steps toward university life by offering support and guidance and clarifying procedures in accordance with approved regulations and instructions. Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi commended the efforts of the staff working in the New Students Registration Department, emphasizing the importance of continuing to work in a spirit of teamwork, enhancing the level of services provided, and responding effectively to the needs of students and their families. He noted that these efforts reflect Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to providing a well-organized, accessible, and high-quality university experience from the very first step of the student’s academic journey.
