As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its digital presence and enhance the quality of its electronic content, the College of Health Technologies and Medical at Al-Mustaqbal University held a meeting today, September 27, 2026, bringing together the College’s Website Officer and the website coordinators of its academic departments. The meeting was held in the Operations Room of the College. The meeting addressed several key aspects related to the development and continuous updating of departmental websites, with a particular focus on completing the required website content and ensuring that the available information accurately reflects the academic, scientific, and student activities of the College and its departments. The discussions included mechanisms for activating and regularly updating photo and video galleries, documenting scientific and student activities, and emphasizing the importance of uploading students’ graduation projects and organizing them electronically to support the documentation and accessibility of students’ academic achievements. The meeting also highlighted the importance of enriching the websites with academic and scientific content, particularly scientific and educational articles contributed by faculty members, given their role in strengthening the websites’ knowledge-based content and highlighting the departments’ academic and research activities. The participants further discussed the main challenges affecting the continuous updating of the websites, particularly the limited submission of articles and scientific materials by some faculty members. In this regard, the meeting emphasized the importance of strengthening coordination and communication among website coordinators, department heads, and faculty members to ensure a continuous flow of updated content. The meeting concluded with an emphasis on the regular monitoring and continuous development of departmental websites, completing all required website components, and documenting scientific and student activities on an ongoing basis, in line with the University’s commitment to developing its digital environment and enhancing the quality of its online presence.
