As part of the series of meetings held by the College of Engineering Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University in preparation for the launch of the 2026–2027 academic year, the Head of the Department of Communications Engineering Technologies presented the department’s academic, scientific, and administrative plan for the new academic year to the Dean of the College, as part of the review of the scientific departments’ plans and preparations. The plan covered teaching preparations, the distribution of courses and teaching staff, scientific and research plans, student activities, training and development programs, as well as mechanisms for improving the quality of education and strengthening students’ practical and applied skills. The presentation also addressed ways to develop the department’s academic and scientific performance in line with the rapid developments in the field of Communications Engineering Technologies, contributing to the development of students’ skills and preparing them to meet labor market requirements. The Dean of the College emphasized the importance of developing clear, measurable, and implementable plans for the scientific departments, supported by performance indicators and targeted outcomes, in a way that contributes to enhancing academic and administrative performance and improving the quality of the educational process. The review of the Department of Communications Engineering Technologies’ plan comes as part of the series of meetings held by the College of Engineering Technologies with its scientific departments, aimed at completing preparations for the new academic year and strengthening institutional cooperation and continuous coordination between the College Deanship and the scientific departments.
