The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, received the Head of the Academics Syndicate in Babylon Governorate, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Khafaji, at the University’s headquarters. The University President welcomed the distinguished guest, praising his continued efforts to maintain communication with academic institutions across the governorate, particularly Al-Mustaqbal University. He also commended his efforts in advocating for the rights of academics and staff members of educational and academic institutions. For his part, the Head of the Academics Syndicate in Babylon expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the warm hospitality and gracious reception, highlighting the openness and cooperation demonstrated by Al-Mustaqbal University toward the Syndicate. He noted that this cooperation has been reflected in a number of practical steps in recent period, most notably: * Opening an office for the Academics Syndicate within the premises of Al-Mustaqbal University. * Providing employment opportunities for University staff through the Syndicate’s platform. He also expressed his aspiration to further strengthen the bonds of cooperation and communication between the Syndicate and the University during the coming period. As part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s support for the Academics Syndicate, the University President approved hosting the Academics Syndicate Conference (the Central Meeting of the Academics Syndicate) on the University’s campus during the coming week. At the conclusion of the meeting, the University President encouraged academics and colleagues to take the initiative to join their Syndicate and stand in support of it, as it represents them and advocates for their rights.
