Al-Mustaqbal University has achieved a new milestone in the field of university sustainability, ranking first among Iraq’s private universities and third among all Iraqi public and private universities, according to the results of the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings 2026. This achievement reflects the University’s ongoing efforts to promote sustainability and integrate its principles across academic, administrative, and environmental fields, while advancing the transition toward a smart and sustainable campus, in line with its vision: “Towards a Sustainable University.” On this occasion, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, congratulated the University’s faculty members, staff, and students on this distinguished achievement. He praised their dedication and contributions, emphasizing that this progress is the result of collaborative institutional efforts and a strong spirit of teamwork.
