### Al-Mustaqbal University Participates in and Sponsors the Medical Track at the National Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Championship (NUR AI 2026) Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, attended the launch ceremony and honored the winners of the **National University Championship for Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Applications**, held at the University of Baghdad, under the patronage and presence of **Dr. Abdul-Hussein Al-Mousawi**, Minister of Health and Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, along with **Prof. Dr. Haider Abd Dhahad**, Deputy Minister for Scientific Research Affairs. Al-Mustaqbal University sponsored the **Medical Track**, one of the championship’s seven tracks, and contributed to providing financial and recognition awards for innovative students to support their projects and help transform them into practical applications. The Minister of Higher Education emphasized the importance of transferring knowledge from laboratories into real-world applications, noting that artificial intelligence and robotic systems have become essential pillars for the future of the healthcare and economic sectors. The attendees toured the exhibition of students’ innovative prototypes. The ceremony also featured documentary presentations showcasing the various stages of the championship and its promising projects.
