A clinical case performed by a dental student at the College of Dentistry, Al-Mustaqbal University, during the summer clinical training. The case involved caries cavity preparation followed by an aesthetic composite restoration, with maximum preservation of sound tooth structure and restoration of the occlusal anatomy to achieve a natural appearance.
