During the opening ceremony, the Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research emphasized that the quality and academic rigor of medical education represent a fundamental priority for private universities. He noted that educating and preparing physicians goes beyond academic achievement and requires an integrated approach combining academic knowledge, practical skills, and clinical experience. He further explained that a teaching hospital represents a fundamental pillar of this educational system, as it provides an environment in which students move from theoretical knowledge to practical application, gain clinical experience, and receive training in managing various medical cases under the supervision of professors and specialized medical staff. This vision aligns with the College’s commitment to building an integrated medical education system based on academic rigor, clinical training, practical skills development, quality, and academic accreditation, thereby enhancing the competence of its graduates and their ability to meet the healthcare needs of society. The College of Medicine at Al-Mustaqbal University reaffirms its continued support for the advancement of medical education and its commitment to strengthening partnerships with academic and healthcare institutions, contributing to the preparation of future physicians who can combine scientific knowledge, clinical competence, and professional responsibility.
