A delegation of students from the Department of Forensic Evidence at Al-Mustaqbal University has arrived at Razi University in Kermanshah, the Islamic Republic of Iran, to participate in the scientific training course entitled “From the Crime Scene to the Laboratory: Employing Biological Sciences in Forensic Analysis.” The course focuses on the application of biological sciences in forensic analysis and aims to enhance students’ scientific and practical skills in the field of forensic evidence. The students’ participation comes as part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to providing its students with high-quality scientific and training opportunities and enabling them to gain exposure to academic and laboratory experiences at international universities. This contributes to developing their specialized knowledge and strengthening their practical skills in forensic examinations and analyses. The training program is scheduled to include a series of specialized lectures and practical applications linking crime scenes with forensic laboratories, with a particular focus on mechanisms for employing biological sciences in evidence analysis. These activities are designed to strengthen students’ practical competencies and support their academic specialization. The delegation is accompanied by Dr. Mitham Nabeel Miqdad Ajjam, the scientific supervisor and coordinator of the course, with the participation of a number of students from the Department of Forensic Evidence under the supervision and follow-up of Prof. Dr. Dhirgham Ali Abbas, Head of the Department. This participation reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to strengthening international academic cooperation and scientific training and expanding students’ horizons through specialized training programs. It also aligns with the university’s vision of preparing a generation equipped with scientific knowledge and practical skills capable of keeping pace with modern developments in forensic and laboratory fields.
