In accordance with the directives of the Dean of the College of Education at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Rawdan Salman, the SIS Committee at the College of Education held a meeting on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the Dean’s Office of the College of Education, in the presence of the Assistant Deans. The meeting addressed several topics related to reviewing and verifying academic data, updating and documenting information within the SIS system, as well as discussing ways to organize work procedures and standardize them across the scientific departments. These efforts aim to ensure data accuracy and facilitate the timely completion of relevant academic and administrative procedures. The meeting also discussed the key observations and challenges that may affect the workflow and explored appropriate solutions to address them. The attendees emphasized the importance of strengthening coordination and cooperation between the SIS Committee, the scientific departments, and the relevant units to ensure smooth procedures and achieve the highest levels of accuracy and organization. The attendees further stressed the importance of continuously developing electronic work mechanisms and relying on accurate and updated data, given its role in supporting the educational process, enhancing the quality of academic and administrative performance, and improving the services provided to students.
