As part of the preparations of the Civil Engineering Department at the College of Engineering, Al-Mustaqbal University, for the launch of the 2026–2027 academic year, the Head of the Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Mayada Waheed Falah, held an expanded meeting with the teaching staff and committee coordinators, in the presence of the Department Rapporteur, Assistant Lecturer Lina Hussein Ali, to discuss the academic and administrative preparations for the new academic year. The meeting addressed several key areas, including the organization of academic work, preparation of courses, coordination of committee tasks, distribution of responsibilities, and follow-up on educational and administrative requirements, in accordance with the approved academic regulations and guidelines. The Head of the Department emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination among the teaching staff and committee coordinators, as well as adopting proactive planning and continuous follow-up to ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently and smoothly. She also highlighted the importance of providing an organized and supportive academic environment for students, contributing to enhancing the quality of the educational process and achieving the department’s objectives throughout the new academic year. This meeting reflects the Civil Engineering Department’s commitment to strengthening its readiness for the 2026–2027 academic year, consolidating institutional work and academic collaboration, and supporting the department’s mission to provide high-quality engineering education aligned with scientific and professional developments.
