As part of its commitment to enhancing academic and administrative performance and keeping pace with the approved regulations and mechanisms in the field of performance evaluation, the College of Education at Al-Mustaqbal University, represented by Lecturer Amaal Mohammed Jaber, participated in an in-person specialized workshop held at the University of Baghdad – Al-Hakeem Hall, under the title:
“Clarifying the Work Mechanism for Performance Evaluation Forms for the Academic Year 2025–2026.”
The workshop featured a detailed review of the mechanisms for working with performance evaluation forms, along with an explanation of the approved procedures and instructions. It also addressed the requirements for documenting data and the mechanisms for handling the various components of the forms, ensuring accurate evaluation and alignment with the approved standards and regulations.
The College of Education’s participation in this workshop reflects its continued commitment to developing its performance system and enhancing the level of institutional work, as well as its keenness to strengthen the efficiency of its academic and administrative staff in implementing evaluation procedures accurately and systematically.
The College emphasized that participation in such specialized events represents an important step in supporting the path toward quality and continuous improvement, while promoting a culture of institutional evaluation in line with Al-Mustaqbal University’s vision of achieving academic and administrative excellence.
