We warmly welcome you at the beginning of the 2026–2027 academic year and wish you continued success throughout your academic journey. We would like to remind you that classes will commence on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in accordance with the university academic calendar. Before commencing your studies, and in accordance with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regulations, students are required to complete the following procedures: Complete electronic registration through the HEPIQ system and pay the amount required by the Ministry through the system. A student is not considered officially enrolled unless they have a student ID issued through the HEPIQ system. Visit the university and pay the first installment of the tuition fees, amounting to 25% of the total tuition fees, and complete the registration procedures through the Ministry's SIS system before the beginning of classes. Visit the relevant academic department to complete the registration requirements and officially register and commence studies through the SIS system. Failure to complete registration will be considered an absence. The Ministry's examination regulations will be applied directly through the SID system. Students who fail to complete registration and officially commence their studies will be subject to failure due to absence and dismissal due to absence, with attendance being calculated starting from September 19, 2026. We kindly ask all students to adhere to the above instructions and visit the university during this week to complete the registration procedures for their respective academic stage.
