Al-Mustaqbal University Presidency Welcomes Students at the Beginning of the New Academic Year 2026–2027 The Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University extends its warmest greetings and welcomes to all dear students on the occasion of the beginning of the 2026–2027 academic year, wishing you a successful and productive academic year filled with achievement and excellence. The University Presidency would like to remind all students that official classes will commence on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in accordance with the approved academic calendar. Before commencing your studies, and in accordance with the Ministry’s instructions, all students are required to complete the following procedures: 1. Complete electronic registration through the HEPIQ system and pay the required Ministry fee through the system. A student is not considered officially registered as a university student unless they have a university ID issued through the HEPIQ system. 2. Visit the University and pay the first installment of the tuition fees, amounting to 25%, and complete the registration procedures through the Ministry’s SIS system before the beginning of classes. 3. Visit the relevant academic department to complete the registration requirements and officially commence studies through the SIS system. Failure to register and commence studies will be considered an absence. 4. The Ministry’s examination regulations will be applied directly through the SIS system. Failure to register and commence studies may result in failure and dismissal due to absence, with absences being calculated starting from September 19, 2026. Accordingly, the University Presidency urges all students to attend regularly, visit the University during this week, and promptly complete all registration and commencement procedures for their respective academic stages.
