The Dean of the College of Health Technologies and Medical, Dr. Zahraa Haleem Al-Qayyim, conducted an inspection visit to the examination committee at the Department of Optics Technologies to review the workflow, follow up on the procedures adopted for organizing and managing the examination process, and examine the mechanisms for utilizing the electronic SIS system in carrying out academic and examination-related tasks. During the visit, the Dean reviewed the various stages of work being undertaken by the committee, including the mechanisms for entering, reviewing, and verifying academic data and examination results through the electronic system. She emphasized the importance of maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in handling data and adhering to the approved instructions and regulations, thereby enhancing administrative and academic efficiency and ensuring the reliability of information. Dr. Zahraa Haleem Al-Qayyim also followed up on the use of the SIS system in managing student affairs and examination results, stressing the need to make optimal use of electronic systems in organizing workflows. This contributes to expediting procedures, improving data accuracy, and facilitating effective monitoring within examination committees. The Dean reaffirmed her commitment to supporting examination committees and providing an organized working environment that enables them to perform their duties efficiently. She also emphasized the continued advancement of digital transformation in the management of academic records and affairs, in alignment with the University’s efforts to enhance institutional performance and improve the quality of academic and administrative services provided to students.
