Assistant Dean of the College of Education for Administrative Affairs Inspects Administrative Units to Follow Up on Workflow and Enhance Performance Efficiency

Based on the directives of the Dean of the College of Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Rawdan Salman, and as part of the efforts to monitor administrative workflow and enhance institutional performance, the Assistant Dean of the College of Education for Administrative Affairs, Mr. M. Hussein Munir Al-Shammari, conducted an inspection tour on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at the College of Education headquarters in the Humanitarian Building. The tour included the administrative units at the College headquarters, where the Assistant Dean reviewed the workflow mechanisms and procedures adopted to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned to the administrative staff. He also followed up on the processing of transactions for students, visitors, and staff members, while identifying the key needs and requirements necessary to support the administrative units and enhance their performance efficiency. During the tour, the Assistant Dean emphasized the importance of adhering to the applicable administrative instructions and regulations, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and strengthening coordination and cooperation among the administrative units, in a way that contributes to integrated workflow and the provision of improved administrative services. He also stressed the need to continue working in a spirit of teamwork and to develop performance mechanisms in line with institutional work requirements. At the same time, he commended the efforts of the administrative staff and their commitment to carrying out their duties and responsibilities to the highest standards. This tour is part of the ongoing field follow-ups conducted by the College of Education Dean’s Office, aimed at directly assessing the administrative workflow, identifying needs, addressing challenges, and improving the level of performance and services provided, in line with the directives of the Presidency of AlMustaqbal University and the College Dean’s Office to enhance the quality of institutional work and improve administrative services. #College_of_Education #AlMustaqbal_University
