### Quality Assurance Officer in the Accounting Department Participates in a Specialized Workshop on University Performance Evaluation Mechanisms As part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to promoting a culture of quality and institutional excellence and enhancing academic and administrative performance, the Quality Assurance Officer in the Accounting Department participated in a specialized workshop on the **instructions and mechanisms for evaluating the performance of university staff for the academic year 2025–2026**, organized by the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department in accordance with the updated ministerial forms. The workshop addressed the key instructions and regulations governing university performance evaluation, in addition to reviewing the mechanisms and procedures for implementing the updated ministerial forms. These measures contribute to standardizing evaluation procedures and achieving the highest levels of accuracy, transparency, and fairness in performance assessment. The workshop also included a detailed explanation of the evaluation criteria, indicator assessment mechanisms, and implementation requirements, as well as a discussion of the main observations and inquiries related to the performance evaluation process, thereby promoting a shared understanding of the approved instructions and procedures.
