An official delegation from AlMustaqbal University, headed by Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of the University, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen, Dean of the College of Engineering Technologies, and in the presence of a number of participating students, visited the Iraqi Cultural Attaché Office in the United Kingdom. The delegation was welcomed by the Cultural Counselor, Prof. Dr. Qusay Al-Ahmadi.
Commending a Unique International Training Experience
The meeting included a review of AlMustaqbal University’s international training program for students at the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol). Prof. Dr. Qusay Al-Ahmadi praised the initiative, emphasizing that it represents the first initiative of its kind among Iraqi universities to provide undergraduate students with training opportunities in the United Kingdom on this scale, following the participation of 14 students from the College of Engineering Technologies.
Academic Excellence in Artificial Intelligence
The program included advanced scientific training for the students at the Artificial Intelligence Applications Centre at UWE Bristol, which ranks first in the United Kingdom in this field.
This initiative is part of AlMustaqbal University’s strategy to strengthen international academic partnerships, equip students with modern technical and professional skills, and prepare qualified graduates in accordance with the highest international standards.
