Dean of Administrative Sciences Conducts Field Follow-Up on Second-Round Examinations, Emphasizing Organization, Compliance, Fairness, and Providing Students with a Suitable Examination Environment

The College of Administrative Sciences conducted direct field follow-up of the commencement of the second-round examinations. On the morning of Saturday, August 29, 2026, Prof. Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, Dean of the College, inspected the examinations on their first day and conducted an on-site review of their orderly and smooth progress across the academic departments and examination halls. The inspection tour included reviewing the procedures for students entering the examination halls, monitoring compliance with examination instructions and regulations, and ensuring that the halls were fully prepared and equipped with the necessary requirements. This was intended to provide students with a calm and well-organized environment in which to sit their examinations, characterized by fairness and equal opportunities. During his tour, Prof. Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi emphasized that examinations represent a pivotal stage in students’ academic journey, noting that their successful conduct requires an integrated approach combining sound organization, adherence to instructions, and the promotion of integrity, objectivity, and transparency. The Dean stressed that providing a rigorous and fair examination environment reflects the quality of the institution’s academic and administrative performance and demonstrates the College’s commitment to applying approved university standards and enhancing the quality of the educational process. The Dean also followed up on the work of the examination committees and invigilators, directing them to strictly adhere to the applicable instructions and to deal with students in accordance with established academic and humanitarian standards. He further emphasized the need for prompt response to any need or emergency that students may encounter, thereby maintaining the smooth flow of the examinations and providing suitable conditions for them to perform their tests. This field follow-up reflects the College of Administrative Sciences’ commitment to making the examination process an extension of its approach to quality, discipline, and academic governance, while fostering a supportive university environment that encourages students to excel and succeed. It also reinforces their confidence in the educational institution and strengthens its academic standing. At the conclusion of his tour, the College Dean, Prof. Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, commended the efforts made by the heads of the academic departments, examination committees, teaching staff, employees, and supporting personnel. He expressed his appreciation for their role in ensuring the success of the second-round examinations and creating suitable conditions for students, wishing all students continued success and the achievement of results worthy of their academic aspirations.
