In accordance with the directives of the Dean of the College of Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Rudwan Salman, the SIS Committee at the College of Education, headed by the Chair of the Audit Committee, Assistant Professor Dr. Mamoun Sami, commenced the procedures for verifying and approving the process of uploading students’ grades on the SIS system for all scientific departments on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at the Humanities Building of the College of Education. These procedures come as part of the College’s commitment to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of students’ academic data and monitoring the process of recording grades in accordance with the approved regulations and procedures, following their review and verification by the relevant committees. The procedures included reviewing, verifying, and matching the grades entered into the electronic system in preparation for their official approval. The committee also emphasized the importance of accuracy in entering and updating data to ensure the integrity of students’ academic records and the smooth implementation of electronic procedures related to examination results. The committee confirmed that the verification and approval process was carried out in accordance with the approved mechanisms, ensuring the completion of the work within the specified timelines and enhancing the accuracy of academic and administrative procedures at the College.
