**President of Al-Mustaqbal University Chairs an Expanded Administrative Meeting to Follow Up on the Requirements of the Ministerial Education and Program Establishment Committee** The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, chaired an expanded administrative meeting to follow up on the university’s readiness and compliance with the requirements of the Ministerial Committee for Education and Program Establishment. The meeting was attended by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Baawi, along with the directors of the relevant departments and administrative units, including the Department of Diwan Affairs, Projects and Reconstruction, the Legal Department, the Human Resources Department, and the Secretariat of the University Council. The meeting included a comprehensive review of all essential requirements and criteria to ensure the highest levels of quality and academic and service performance, as well as the provision of the necessary material and technical requirements. The participants also reviewed the readiness of the infrastructure, lecture halls, modern laboratories, and logistical and engineering facilities to accommodate the new expansions. With regard to human resources and staffing, the meeting addressed the follow-up of academic and administrative personnel and the completion of recruitment and academic qualification plans in accordance with approved standards. Legal and student affairs were also discussed, including the review of regulations and instructions governing the establishment of new academic programs and the provision of all necessary facilities and support services for students. During the meeting, the University President emphasized the importance of concerted efforts among all administrative and technical units to complete the assigned tasks with the highest level of accuracy and within the specified timelines.
