Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, received Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Khafaji, Head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate – Babylon Branch, in the presence of members of the University Council, to strengthen partnership and discuss prospects for joint academic cooperation.
During the visit, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Khafaji extended his congratulations and best wishes to the University’s leadership and esteemed Council on the occasion of obtaining the Bernalin Program grant, praising Al-Mustaqbal University’s scientific and academic achievements and its distinguished presence at both the local and international levels.
The meeting focused on discussing mechanisms for developing cooperation between the two sides, particularly the appointment of representatives of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate across the University’s various colleges and departments, in addition to announcing specialized employment opportunities for holders of higher academic degrees through the Syndicate’s official channels.
The meeting reaffirmed the mutual commitment to continuing the close partnership between academic and professional institutions, contributing to supporting teaching staff and comprehensively advancing the educational and research process in Babylon Governorate.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate – Babylon Branch praised Al-Mustaqbal University’s distinguished achievements, emphasizing that the University’s successive qualitative accomplishments and scientific achievements reflect its sound vision for leading higher education and strengthen its position as a leading academic institution on the educational map.
