The Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Hussein Aziz Al-Mousawi, has issued a Letter of Appreciation and Commendation to Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, Dean of the College of Engineering Technologies, along with a distinguished group of the college's faculty members. The recognition was part of an official list that included 11 academics and faculty members from Al-Mustaqbal University and the University of Babylon. The official letter listed Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd as the first recipient, while Lecturer Riyadh Hamed Salman appeared as the eleventh and final recipient.
