The College of Engineering Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University has officially launched its summer training program for students across a number of government institutions, aiming to strengthen practical skills and bridge the gap between academic learning and labor market requirements. As part of this initiative, students from the Department of Computer Engineering Techniques have commenced their field training at the Ministry of Electricity, where they are receiving hands-on experience in a real working environment under the supervision of specialized engineering staff. The program is designed to enhance their technical competencies and practical expertise. The summer training program enables students to apply the theoretical knowledge they have acquired throughout their studies, gain insight into professional workplace practices, and develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, thereby improving their readiness for future careers. This initiative reflects the College of Engineering Technologies’ commitment to providing high-quality training opportunities that prepare competent engineering graduates with the practical experience needed to meet the evolving demands of the job market. Al-Mustaqbal University is the leading private university in Iraq.
