As part of the Department of Accounting’s commitment to monitoring the progress of the summer training program and strengthening its students’ practical learning experience, a number of faculty members conducted field visits to the training sites of third-year students across various governmental and private institutions. During these visits, the faculty members reviewed the nature of the tasks and responsibilities assigned to the students and assessed the extent to which the training contributes to developing their practical skills and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and professional practice. They also met with supervisors at the host institutions to discuss the students’ performance, commitment, and overall progress. The Department Chair emphasized that these field visits are an integral part of the department’s summer training follow-up plan, aimed at ensuring the achievement of the program’s educational objectives and strengthening collaboration with host institutions. These efforts contribute to preparing graduates with the practical competence and professional experience required to successfully enter the labor market.
