As part of the Department of Anesthesia Techniques’ commitment at Al-Mustaqbal University to strengthening the practical skills of its students, the department continues its summer training program at Al Salam Private Hospital. The program combines both theoretical and practical components, ensuring that students remain up to date with the latest protocols and approved practices in the fields of anesthesia and intensive care. The program includes daily monitoring of students’ attendance and punctuality, in addition to continuous scientific guidance, practical instruction, and hands-on clinical training provided by Mr. Karrar Nader. These efforts contribute to enhancing students’ professional skills, improving their readiness to integrate into the healthcare work environment, meeting labor market requirements, and strengthening their competencies after graduation. The training program is also closely supervised by the department’s summer training coordinators through regular field visits to the training sites. These visits aim to monitor the progress of the program, assess students’ needs, and address any challenges they may encounter, ensuring the successful achievement of the training objectives.
