Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Hassan Shaker Majdi, Al-Mustaqbal University, through its Continuing Education Center, launched the advanced training program entitled "Artificial Intelligence and Its Applications in Leadership and Decision-Making." The program was attended by the Vice Presidents, College Deans, the Director of the Continuing Education Center, and a number of academic and administrative leaders. The program is part of the University's strategic vision to promote digital transformation and integrate artificial intelligence technologies into institutional practices. It aims to enhance strategic planning, improve decision-making processes, and increase institutional efficiency in line with international best practices. The training program features a series of scientific lectures, interactive workshops, and hands-on sessions delivered by leading specialists in artificial intelligence and digital transformation. Participants are introduced to the latest AI tools and technologies and their practical applications in academic leadership, administrative management, data analysis, and evidence-based decision-making. The program also focuses on developing digital leadership competencies and empowering university leaders to effectively utilize AI technologies in enhancing academic and administrative performance, fostering innovation, and improving the quality of educational and research services. Scheduled to run for five days, the program reflects Al-Mustaqbal University's commitment to preparing forward-looking academic leaders capable of driving digital transformation and strengthening the University's leadership in higher education and innovation.
