As part of the College of Engineering Technologies' commitment at Al-Mustaqbal University to advancing educational quality and strengthening academic performance, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, continues to hold regular meetings with heads of academic departments and faculty members to review work progress and discuss key academic and administrative priorities in preparation for the upcoming academic year. The meetings addressed several essential topics, beginning with teaching assignments, where emphasis was placed on the fair and efficient distribution of teaching workloads according to faculty members' expertise and specialization, ensuring high-quality education and balanced academic responsibilities. The discussions also focused on curriculum development, highlighting the importance of continuously updating academic programs to reflect the latest scientific and technological advancements while aligning educational outcomes with labor market demands. Regarding graduation projects, the Dean stressed the importance of encouraging students to undertake innovative and impactful projects that address real-world challenges and apply modern engineering technologies to develop practical solutions.
