Al-Mustaqbal University concluded its participation in the AI for Good Global Summit, held at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland, through the active engagement of its President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, who attended the third and final day of the summit. The closing sessions focused on transforming artificial intelligence technologies from the development stage into practical implementation across various vital sectors. The final day's program featured specialized discussions on the future of smart cities, the application of Agentic AI in public service management, advanced models for integrating digital and physical environments through the Citiverse concept, as well as the latest innovations in intelligent vehicles and connected transportation systems. The University President also attended the concluding sessions of the ITU Kaleidoscope Conference, which highlighted the development of AI-enabled digital infrastructure, including AI-native 5G and 6G networks, in addition to discussions on digital sovereignty and emerging trends in quantum networking technologies. As part of the University's commitment to sustainable digital transformation, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi participated in the session titled "AI for the Global Majority," which explored strategies for developing artificial intelligence solutions tailored to the cultural and economic contexts of developing countries, with the aim of promoting digital inclusion and expanding access to advanced technologies worldwide. The summit concluded with the final presentations of the Innovation Factory, showcasing pioneering projects and technological innovations designed to advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and enhance the quality of public services, underscoring the growing role of artificial intelligence in building a more sustainable and innovative future.
