The Technology Incubator at AL-Mustaqbal University successfully concluded the "Future Innovators" program, held under the theme "Innovation Camp and Project Incubator" from June 1 to June 30, 2026. The program brought together students from the Computer Engineering Technologies and Building and Construction Engineering Technologies departments, along with a postgraduate student from the USM Program, in an intensive training experience designed to transform creative ideas into practical technology-driven solutions.
Under the direct supervision of Dr. Musaddiq Maher Abdulzahra, Director of the Technology Incubator, participants successfully developed 14 innovative projects and smart platforms spanning artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, robotics, the Internet of Things (IoT), smart education, digital healthcare, and digital real estate. These projects were designed to deliver innovative solutions for educational institutions, healthcare providers, industrial sectors, government agencies, and private enterprises.
Among the most notable projects were Smart Virtual Mouse, Cyber AI Puzzle, Smart BioLab, Aqari Iraq Platform, PhishAware, Babylon Cyber Defense Academy, Smart Autonomous Cart, Future Care Smart Platform, and Smart Vaccine Platform, in addition to several other initiatives that demonstrated the students' ability to leverage emerging technologies to address real-world challenges.
Dr. Musaddiq Maher Abdulzahra emphasized that the program reflects the Technology Incubator's vision of nurturing a new generation of innovators and entrepreneurs by providing a supportive ecosystem that enables creative ideas to evolve into impactful scientific and practical projects. He noted that the initiative aligns with AL-Mustaqbal University's strategic commitment to promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation while preparing graduates with the knowledge and skills required to compete successfully at both the national and international levels.
