Under the patronage and supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a distinguished training workshop entitled “Examination Committee System and Grade Entry on the HEPIQ Platform.” The workshop was attended by examination committee members, faculty members, and administrative staff involved in the examination process. The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ skills in managing examination committee procedures and improve their proficiency in using the HEPIQ higher education platform. It focused on grade entry procedures, results management, and the effective use of the electronic system to ensure accuracy and efficiency in completing examination-related tasks in accordance with the Ministry of Higher Education regulations. The workshop featured both theoretical and practical sessions delivered by Professor Dr. Mohammed Ali Saihood, Lecturer Dr. Amir Najah Saud, and Assistant Lecturer Montather Saleh Mahdi. The presenters explained the platform’s technical procedures and operational mechanisms, addressed participants’ questions, and discussed practical solutions to common challenges. This workshop reflects the College of Engineering’s ongoing commitment to supporting digital transformation and enhancing academic and administrative performance, contributing to the quality of education and the efficient management of examinations through modern electronic systems.
