In line with strengthening academic collaboration and supporting scientific research among Iraqi universities, Professor Dr. Tahani Jawad Mohammed Ali, faculty member at the College of Agricultural Technologies and Assistant Dean at Al-Mustaqbal University, participated as the second supervisor in monitoring the progress of the master’s research conducted by student Reham Kamil Abdul Ali at the College of Agriculture, Al-Qasim Green University. The participation took place during a field visit conducted by the specialized scientific committee to the experimental site.
The research, entitled “Effect of Spraying Sodium Alginate and Moringa Leaf Extract on Growth Characteristics and Some Bioactive Compounds of Fig Seedlings,” aims to investigate the impact of these biostimulant treatments on improving growth parameters and enhancing the content of bioactive compounds in fig seedlings, thereby contributing to the development of sustainable agricultural practices and increasing plant production efficiency.
During the visit, the committee reviewed the stages of the experiment and discussed its scientific aspects. Professor Dr. Tahani Jawad Mohammed Ali provided several scientific observations and recommendations intended to support the quality of the research work and help achieve the objectives of the study, alongside the first supervisor, Assistant Professor Dr. Manar Ismail Alwan.
