The Dean of the College of Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Roudhan Salman, chaired a meeting with the Heads of Academic Departments, attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, to discuss the progress of the final examinations and the mechanisms for completing all examination requirements in accordance with the regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. During the meeting, the participants reviewed the outcomes of the appeals submitted by second-year students, emphasizing the importance of handling them with transparency and accuracy to ensure students’ rights. They also discussed the progress of marking first-year examination booklets and stressed the need to expedite the processes of verification and auditing in preparation for announcing the results within the scheduled timeframe. The meeting also addressed the procedures for uploading students’ grades to the electronic system and highlighted the importance of adhering to quality standards and accuracy throughout all stages of marking and verification to ensure the integrity of the examination process and fairness among students. In his remarks, the Dean emphasized the importance of the concerted efforts of the academic departments and examination committees to complete all assigned tasks efficiently and professionally.
