Asst.Lec. Shams Abbas Hassoun, the Electronic Website Officer at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, held a coordination meeting with the website representatives of all scientific departments to discuss the working mechanisms related to the college’s electronic website and the continuous development plans for the upcoming period. The meeting emphasized the importance of continuous updates to the electronic website as the official interface of the college, as well as the necessity of regularly enriching it with news, activities, and scientific and administrative achievements that reflect the academic and administrative performance of the college. The meeting also included an extensive discussion on scheduling work during the summer break and ensuring the continuity of tasks without interruption through the implementation of clear organizational mechanisms that guarantee sustainable publishing and updating processes, in addition to distributing responsibilities and setting priorities to maintain and enhance the electronic content. During the meeting, Ms. Shams Abbas Hassoun stressed the importance of teamwork and continuous coordination among departmental representatives to ensure the highest standards of quality in managing electronic content and keeping pace with institutional development and digital transformation requirements.
