Universit Al-Mustaqbal held a workshop on Saturday, 20/6/2026, in the Engineering Technical Building – 3rd floor – the lecture hall, dedicated to the HEPIQ platform and SIS system, with the participation of deans of colleges, heads of academic departments, and examination staff, in addition to staff from the Department of Industrial College Technologies, to discuss the mechanisms for completing the requirements for submitting exam results in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The workshop was held based on the Ministry of Higher Education’s letter regarding the release of results through the HEPIQ platform, and in line with the directives of the university presidency aimed at enhancing the efficiency of electronic work and developing examination systems. The workshop was attended by the Head of the Examination Committee, department rapporteurs, SIS system officials, and grade entry staff. The technical procedures for uploading results through the electronic platform were reviewed, along with discussing potential challenges in implementation and ways to address them to ensure smooth and accurate workflow. The participants emphasized the importance of adhering to ministerial regulations and instructions, and working to enhance integration between the approved digital systems at the university, contributing to the development of digital infrastructure and supporting the transition toward electronic transformation in the educational process. The workshop comes within Universit Al-Mustaqbal’s orientation toward developing administrative and academic systems and improving performance efficiency in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
