In a step that reaffirms its leadership and academic excellence, the College of Law at Al-Mustaqbal University has achieved an exceptional historic milestone, becoming the first private law college among all Iraqi private universities to obtain the National Programmatic Accreditation Certificate for the Bachelor’s degree program. This achievement was granted pursuant to the ministerial order issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority on 17 June 2026. Based on the approval of the National Council for the Accreditation of Law College Programs during its second session, it was decided to: “Grant the Bachelor’s Program at the College of Law, Al-Mustaqbal University, conditional accreditation for a period of two years to fulfill the remaining accreditation standards. This order shall be effective from the date of its issuance.” This accreditation represents a distinguished recognition of merit and reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to implementing the highest quality standards and aligning its academic programs with both international and national requirements for academic excellence. It further strengthens the position of its students and graduates at the forefront of the legal and academic landscape in Iraq. This achievement is the result of the dedicated efforts of the College’s Deanship, its academic staff, and the continuous support provided by the University Presidency in developing curricula and enhancing the educational environment in accordance with modern educational systems.
