As part of its awareness activities aimed at developing students’ personal and professional skills, the Department of Architecture Engineering organized an activity entitled “Building Leadership Skills Before Graduation.”
The activity highlighted the importance of preparing students to become effective leaders before entering the job market by developing initiative, responsibility, communication skills, and decision-making abilities, in addition to encouraging participation in activities that strengthen self-confidence and teamwork.
The activity also emphasized that leadership is not limited to positions of authority but begins with self-development, personal discipline, and the ability to positively influence others. It stressed that investing in personal growth during university years is a key step toward future professional success.
The activity contributed to raising students’ awareness of the importance of leadership development and encouraged them to adopt practices and behaviors that prepare them to become capable graduates who can effectively contribute to their workplaces and communities
