The Industrial Pharmacy Technologies Department at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Universit Al-Mustaqbal, organized an educational activity entitled “Skin and Hair Health Care: A Comprehensive Approach” on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. The activity was delivered by Ms. Ayat Hamza from the College Deanship, Ms. Ansam Fadhel Mahmoud, and Ms. Tabarak Ahmed Turki, with the participation of a number of students. The activity highlighted the importance of comprehensive skin and hair care and its role in promoting overall health and self-confidence. It also focused on the factors affecting skin and hair health, the most important healthy practices for maintaining them, and methods of preventing common dermatological problems and dealing with them effectively. The event further included interactive discussions that emphasized the importance of adopting a healthy and balanced lifestyle, including proper nutrition and appropriate daily care routines. Participants were also encouraged to seek professional consultation when needed and to avoid incorrect practices that may negatively affect skin and hair health. This activity aligns with the vision of Universit Al-Mustaqbal in promoting health awareness, supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and strengthening preventive health culture among students through educational programs and activities that contribute to building a healthier, more aware, and sustainable university community. AL_mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq
