The Deanship of the College of Engineering at Al-Mustaqbal University welcomed Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Khafaji, Representative of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate, on an official visit aimed at strengthening cooperation and communication between the Syndicate and academic institutions, and exploring ways to support the educational and academic journey. The guest was received by Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, Dean of the College of Engineering. During the meeting, several issues of concern to the academic and teaching community were discussed, with emphasis on the vital role of the Syndicate in supporting academic staff, safeguarding their rights, and enhancing their scientific and professional status. The meeting also witnessed an exchange of views on opportunities for future cooperation between the Iraqi Academics Syndicate and the College of Engineering in ways that contribute to advancing the educational process, improving the university environment, and supporting scientific and academic activities that serve society and meet the requirements of sustainable development. At the conclusion of the visit, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Khafaji expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the College of Engineering’s Deanship in developing academic programs and enhancing educational quality, wishing the College continued success in achieving its educational and research goals.
