As part of the continuous monitoring of the examination process, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, conducted an inspection tour on May 25, 2026, to several examination halls in the Colleges of Medical Technologies, Medicine, and Engineering. He was accompanied by the Scientific Assistant to the University President, Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, and several college deans to review the progress of final examinations and the level of organization within the examination halls. The visit aimed to assess the examination environment and ensure the availability of all necessary services and requirements that contribute to providing a suitable atmosphere for students, allowing examinations to proceed smoothly and efficiently in accordance with approved university regulations. The tour included reviewing examination question models and evaluating their comprehensiveness, clarity, and compliance with academic curricula and ministerial standards, in addition to examining attendance records and ensuring the regularity of examination procedures across different colleges. During the visit, the University President emphasized the university administration’s commitment to direct field follow-up of all aspects of the examination process to ensure the highest standards of academic quality and to provide an appropriate environment that enables students to perform their examinations effectively. Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi also praised the efforts of academic and administrative staff as well as examination committees for their role in organizing and successfully conducting the examinations. He further commended students for their discipline and adherence to examination regulations. This follow-up comes within Al-Mustaqbal University’s strategy to enhance educational quality and advance academic standards in accordance with excellence and quality requirements in higher education. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq.
